You can find the option for voice messaging when you are composing an SMS.
To create a Voice SMS
- Step 1 - Select the Send tab.
- Step 2 - Choose whether you want to send a single message or multiple message batches. (If you are sending batch Voice messages please follow the instructions for sending bulk messages)
- Step 3 - Specify the language of the message using the drop down box. This won't translate the message but will read it out with the appropriate accent and inflections.
- Step 4 - Specify the amount of times you would like the message to retry if not acknowledged after the first attempt.
Any messages going to landlines will automatically be converted to Voice SMS even if the messages are set to go as SMS.
Once the messages have been sent you can check the status of the messages in the Sent Items page.
