Reporting and user management

The inbox displays all your received messages in chronological order. Choose one account at a time, or view all your accounts inbound traffic at once. Just click on a message to see a detailed breakdown.

The conversation feature

This facility allows you to view a conversation history of messages sent To and From a chosen number, allowing you to see ‘at a glance’ what information has gone back and forth for a number or contact.

To access this click on a message in the inbox or sent items to see the detail, then click on the To or From of a number to see the messages associated with the contact.

Batches

Sent items can be viewed as either batches or sent messages. You can check for an individual account or multiple accounts at once. A message batch includes information from your Upload and Sends. It’s a useful view if you frequently carry out message campaigns.
Alternatively, you can view on an individual message basis from the “Sent Messages” screen. Again, clicking on a message row will show detailed reporting information.

Account sharing and access levels

To invite someone to share your account

  • Step 1 - Go the sharing screen
  • Step 2 - Select the account you wish them to join. (If you have more than one, type in their email address)
  • Step 3 - Click share

Access levels

There are two access levels for users of Echo. They are Administrator and Power User
Administrator Level - can grant access to other people and modify account settings.
Power User Level – can access all the regular functionality, but can't modify account access
