Contact management
Adding a contact
- Step 1 - Go to Contacts and Groups. Click on the New Contact button and enter in the details.
To add contacts to an existing group, tick next to their names, select the drop down list to choose the group you’d like to put them in and click add. - Step 2 - Your contact is now saved. Icons on each contact can be used to compose a message, edit details or delete individual entries. Clicking on a contact will allow you to see what groups that contact is a member of.
Upload multiple contacts
- Step 1 - Click on “Upload Contacts”
- Step 2 - Select and Upload your notepad or excel file.
- Step 3 - Using the Column Selector choose the appropriate fields from your file.
- Step 4 - Select preview. You can choose to add your contacts to a saved group of your choice or to have them uploaded individually.
- Step 5- Select to Save your contacts or Save and Send to the contacts in your uploaded list.
Managing groups
From this page you can create and delete groups, send an SMS to a group, add existing contacts to groups and edit members easily.
Clicking on a group will show you the members as well as allowing you to remove a contact from the group without deleting them from your account.
