Kensington Financial Management Consultants Ltd provide services to over 25,000 customers which include debt management, IVAs, mortgages and re-mortgages, plus loans and advice for debt consolidation, bankruptcy and trust deeds.
They started using SMS to communicate with their customers via a shared office mobile phone. However, this method of sending SMS was time consuming and costly, especially as the customer base continued to grow. This prompted Kensington to search for an SMS provider.
